Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 days on Mondays-Fridays
with the exception of holidays. Ordered placed on Saturday-Sunday will be processed the following Monday, please allow 2-4 days.

Delivery time also depends on the shipping provider being used. JOVISA handles your package manually and with care. You will expect an email of order confirmation, tracking number, and when your order is
on the way!

Shipping

Orders are delivered in 1-2 days in North America and around 3-4 days internationally. We use shipping providers from: DHL. FedEx, UPS, USPS, EMS, and SF Express. Delivery times may vary due to different shipping providers.

Shipping rates are determined by package weight, destination country, and shipping provider. These rates will be calculated and displayed during checkout. A tracking number for each parcel will be provided via email once the orders are shipped. 

Your order may be subject to customs duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipmentreaches your destination country.

Refunds & Returns

JOVISA is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delivered incorrectly for any packages and is not obligated to offer you a refund or accept any returns. Failure to pay for customs duties and taxes is the responsibility of the customer.

In the event that your orders are missing items, please email us at ec@jovisa.jp with your order number and a photo of your package. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
